DON SHINN as Lake Mont Pine's first Association
Manager.
Don is a native Californian
with a combined 24 years of experience in Real Estate, Association
Management and Property Management. With 17 of those years in Association
Management in the San Jose area, Don attained the designation of CCAM, Certified
Community Association Management. He has been a licensed Realtor in Arnold
for 7 years.
Through the years, Don's
attention to detail, experience and skilled negotiations continue to be his key
to running smooth transactions. Don and his wife, and two sons love the Sierra's
and enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking and all the varied activities offered by the
area.
When he is not in the
office, you often find Don with his hands full of woodworking tools, his camera
or his guitar. He also enjoys working on and driving his classic '56
Chevy panel truck and 1946 Teardrop trailer. Watch for him in the Arnold 4th of
