Board Meeting

February 19, 2005

9 AM in the Lodge

 

Board members Present:  All except Peter Puckett, Vince Mirrone, and Kevin Lawrence

There was a quorum present.  Motion MSP to accept January Meeting Minutes.

Treasurers Report

Income and Expense sheet reviewed and accepted.  Work on the Reserve Review will be tabled until Peter is present. (Last time reviewed May 2004).  A Yearend Report needs to go on the website and into the next Newsletter.  Year End approval tabled until the financials are finished.  The Accounting Office is in transition due to Bob Beck selling to Sandy Vaughn.  Addendum to Changes in Signatures include the following:  Greg Casselberry and Bob Beck to go off the 3 accounts at El Dorado Savings, Guarantee, and Pacific State Bank.   Bob Ervin, Lianne Birkhold, and Jill Holstein and new CPA Sandy Vaughn will be the new signers.

To date there is no pending litigation against LMPHOA.  No special assessments are planned.

  5. Letter from Lot 497C Brown regarding the condition of the weir.  “OK, but will inspect more often.
  6. Lot 341C Pearman (catering reunion) “ request for kitchen needs for reunion “ Lynn to handle.

Old Business

1.      Beautification “ Eldredge property improved

2.      Chapel Pond “ March agenda item “ Roger Goodnall project report

3.      Maintenance Shed “In rezoning process with the County.  Ervin to keep the board advised of happenings. “February 22 is the end of public comment period.  Building to begin as soon as this is finished and the weather allows.

4.      Reunion plans discussed.  Robert Pearman is catering.  It will be a Fri. Sat. Sun. event.  Someone offered all paper products needed.

5.      Handicapped Access “Work began

6.      Boats “Geri to order 100 decals for use for boat registration, and call any known boat owners.

 

Directors Reports

Letter from Vince regarding his meeting with Jana Nadler read and discussed.  Purchases approved but door needs to b discussed further.

 

Next meeting Scheduled for March 19th, 2005.
